Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for rolled prints only (excluding framed prints and stretched canvas). If you are not satisfied with your rolled print, please contact us at hello@mckennawoolley.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it arrived. We recommend repackaging the print as carefully as it was delivered to avoid any damage during transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector. Once we receive your returned print and confirm it is undamaged, we will process your refund. Please note that any returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess the situation and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as original artworks, framed prints, and canvas pieces, are not eligible for returns. If you have any concerns or questions about a specific piece, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Exchanges

To process an exchange, please first return the item as per the instructions. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without needing to provide a reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If the refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
