Shipping Policy

Prints Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know that your order has been added to our production schedule. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Duties & Taxes Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once they reach your destination country. Méora Studios is not responsible for these additional charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.

For framed paper prints shipped to U.S. destinations, import duties and taxes may also apply. If you receive an invoice for these fees, please contact us at hello@mckennawoolley.com with the import invoice, and we can arrange a refund.

How to Check Your Order Status When your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your order’s status.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your tracking information, please contact us at hello@mckennawoolley.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
